En 2016, Fernando Ochagavía “Focha” tomó un avión a Villa Cerro Castillo y organizó el primer freeride de la zona. De esa apuesta nació Freeride Chile. Hoy es Regional Series Director, miembro del directorio de la IFSA y la persona que puso a Chile en el mapa mundial del freeride. In 2016, Fernando Ochagavía “Focha” took a flight to Villa Cerro Castillo and ran the region's first freeride event. From that bet, Freeride Chile was born. Today he is Regional Series Director, an IFSA board member, and the person who put Chile on the global freeride map.
